Time: 11 a.m.
Price: $ 15
As dancers and performing artists we often get caught in the same loops of movement — or feel stuck in a rut with creating new, dynamic shapes and choreography. This class presents various exercises to help us discover new movement in our bodies, develop body awareness, and allow ourselves to exist and move in the present moment. We will discuss some of the mental barriers that get in the way, creating space for our bodies and minds to move and play without limitation. All levels and all bodies welcome! Please wear comfortable, moveable clothing and bring water. Scarlette Revolver is a performance artist with over two decades experience in dance, theatre, public speaking, and beyond.
